Episode 7: Elijah's Romantic Efforts Go Unnoticed

The Great and Powerful Genie Episode 7 shows Elijah continuing to care deeply for Christine even as their five-year marriage approaches its end.

As part of his routine, Elijah carefully tends to his flowers and prepares a bouquet for Christine. He also cooks dinner and gets a hot bath ready for her, hoping to make her evening more comfortable.

Christine eventually returns home in a bad mood, and Elijah's thoughtful preparations receive little attention. Once again, the care he puts into their relationship seems to mean very little to her.

The night becomes even more painful for Elijah when he realizes that Christine's thoughts are focused on Tony. After years of quietly supporting his wife and putting her needs ahead of his own, Elijah is confronted with another sign that she may never return his feelings.

With the end of his five-year commitment getting closer, the experience gives Elijah another reason to question whether there is anything left in their marriage worth holding onto.
